Sanchari Chowdhury – ESR 10 @TUM
Sanchari Chowdhury completed her B.Sc in Physics from West Bengal State University and her M.Sc in Electronic Science from Jadavpur University. She worked in synthesis and characterization of Barium Strontium Titanate under supervision of Dr. Nabin Baran Manik and Dr. Jiten Ghosh. They key potential of her Master Thesis titled “Effect of Strontium Doping on the Structural and Dielectric Properties of Nano-Structured Barium Titanate Powder” is to find the surface morphology change after Strontium doping and obtain effective dielectric property. Prior to M.Sc she worked as an Assistant Teacher of Physics and Mathematics in a High School. Currently she is working as Research Trainee at Department of Electrical Engineering in Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea focusing on high efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells. During her two years work period she has been actively involved in fabricating complete silicon based solar cells and co-worked for several thin film-based devices. Her work based on Hole Transport Layer for rear passivating contact in p-type Si wafer won the best oral presentation award in PVSEC 2020 conference. She published SCI research papers as main authors and co-authored in several papers during her work period in Sungkyunkwan University.
