Fan Huang – ESR 4 @UNIPG

Fan Huang was born in Hubei, China in 1996. She studied physical chemistry at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China and received her master’s degree under the supervision of Prof. Yanlong Gu. During her master’s studies, Fan focused on additive-assisted acid-acid catalyzed tandem reactions for the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocycles. In June 2023, she joined the STiBNite project as a PhD student working in the Green S.O.C. research group supervised by Prof. Vaccaro. She mainly focuses on the development of green synthetic strategies for the functionalization of substituted borazines.
