In this research paper, ESR 6 reported in the theoretical study of dielectric properties of models of amorphous Boron Nitride. She focused on analyzing the dielectric functions of complex models generated by inter-atomic potentials containing varying concentrations of sp, sp2 and sp3 bonds between B and N atoms.
